Creative cloud won’t download

I'm trying to download creative cloud. But it is stuck at 0,6%. I tried to restarting my Mac and the download files. But it won't budge

If you have any antivirus software installed disable/uninstall it and then try. Also look at the following link to troubleshoot any network issues facing Adobe servers
