Creative cloud won't download

I've followed all the trouble shooting steps with no luck. It freezes and the installer crashes every time, I'm trying to not have a bad taste in my mouth with adobe but this is ridiculous it's been 6 hours.

Rjayriley, sorry you are facing problems with your first installation with your Creative Cloud membership.  Are you using a network and computer that you own to install the software?  What error messages are occurring during the download and installation process?  If you are unsure, then please check the DLM and install logs where the errors are recorded.  For more information see https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-log-files.html on how to review the log files.
