I have tried absolutely everything and still cannot get the desktop app to even start downloading! Just keep getting error code p205. Please help.

do you see both logos?

if you can and still see a connection error, white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
