creative cloud won't install after i put my user password

creative cloud won't install after i put my user/administrators password, nothing happens after. I have creative cloud before but I deleted it instead of uninstalling it. I've tried everything and nothing works, I need it urgently! someone please help! -Thankyou

When you are installing or updating, that is MOST LIKELY your computer operating system asking you to prove that you have permission by asking for your COMPUTER password, not your Adobe password https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2139902

Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...

-for non-Cloud programs you need to DE-activate before uninstalling

-http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html (and uninstall)

-using the cleaner after uninstalling and before reinstalling is often needed

-https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

-Restart your computer... Sign in to your account... Reinstall
