Creative cloud won’t load mac

I have tried all the solutions but my creative cloud app will not load, I just get the blue wheel and the message, it's taking longer to load than usual. Please help somebody

I'm trying to install my apps on a new imac and am signed into Adobe but the installer does not move past the name and password page - exactly the same problem as joshm37653017

    this really needs to be fixed, I've tried everything reinstall, OOBE folders, OSX updates. Nothing works. I moved passed the password and login stage and the CC app installed but when opening i just get a blue spinning wheel with a relaunch link.
