Creative Cloud won't start

I've reinstalled it and it still doesn't work and when I start the application nothing happens but when I press the arrow pointing up or hidden icons, don't really know what it is called but then I can see Creative Cloud there so when I click it Creative Cloud comes up but after that its just a windows with a blank screen inside the window.

I'm using Windows 7 ultimate 64-bit
