Question

Creative Cloud won't sync OR delete anything

Hello,

I looked up so many posts across the internet but can't find someone with the same problem, so here we go:

My cloud will not sync files on my computer as soon as I add a new file/folder. It always says "syncing..." but nothing happens. and IF something happens it says it syncs 15/200 files and then it just stops. Doesn't matter if I upload them via the desktop application or the browser.

Currently, I don't even use 50% of my 100GB, so it can't be that.
When I upload files via the browser it doesn't upload all of them, no matter how often I try to upload them again, the Cloud just ignores it. Very infuriating.

When I want to delete files via browser it tells me some files couldn't be deleted. It's not some files - it's every file I try to delete. No matter what.

I've had this issue for months now and reinstalling the cloud didn't help. Everything feels very unreliable and I can never be sure the cloud works as it should be.

There is an option in the CC desktop app, under the 3 dots (Vertical ...) menu "Pause File Sync" make sure that isn't selected and or turned on.

Are you asking about the "Files" section in the CC app?

And what exactly are you trying to Synce up with that section and assets.adobe.com?

Are you Copying or Moving files into the Creative Cloud Files folder on your computer or using the Web Upload files button at assets.adobe.com?

What Exact Adobe program are you talking about. We need to know this so your question can be moved to the correct forum to get the proper help.

The Adobe Creative Cloud? That's the program? The application? And that assets.adobe.com website for the creative. cloud. Don't know what else to call it.
