Creative Cloud Won't Update

Creative Cloud subscriber. I haven't updated creative cloud in a long time but I was having some compatibility issues with photoshop so I figured I needed to update it finally. I've tried to update the creative cloud desktop app several times and it stops at 5% and says "Creative Cloud desktop failed to update.(Error code: 72) Contact Customer Support"

What do I need to do from here?
