I have the same problem. My Cloud update has been stuck at 0% for at least an hour now. I'm definitely connected to the internet and have opened and closed the screen several times. How would I go about 'restarting the system?'

Hi Jacek,

Have you tried restarting the system?

Are you properly connected to internet on the system with which you are facing this issue?

Which OS are you using?
