Creative cloud wont open, not even a spinning ball

I have a Mac 10.13.12 and creative cloud wont open at all. I dont even get a spinning beach ball, just nothing happens at all.

Any tips on what I should do. I've heard there ia v very cool new function inlightroom which allows the enhancement of detail. So Id like to upgrade lightroom but I cant.
