creative cloud wont update so cant get my apps

this has been stuck like this for an hour and 0%.. so i cant get any of my lightroom or photoshop apps.. can anyone please help! i asked customer support they told me to change my connection didnt work.. told me to restart didnt work.. what else is there? i need my lightroom and photoshop for work.
