Creative Cloud "You've been signed out" cannot enter log-in information

I recently bought a new MacBook Pro and transferred my data from an old 2012 MacBook. None of the Adobe desktop products work, so I tried to log in with Creative Cloud (which I mostly just use at work). It tells me I've been signed out. When I click "Sign In" I just get the same "You've been signed out" screen. There is never an option for me to enter my Adobe ID and password. Can someone please help?

Creative Suite and pre-2019 Creative Cloud products won't work on Catalina.  32-bit app support ended with Mojave.

Star over. with a clean installation.

  1. Remove old apps and and run the Adobe Cleaner Tool below to wipe old files off your system.

  2. Restart your computer.
  3. Sign-in to CC with your paid ID and password.  If this is a Teams or Enterprtise account, contact your IT dept for assistance.
  4. Download and install the latest Creative Cloud desktop app.  See link below for details.

You can't copy programs from one computer to another... you must do a fresh install
