If still it does not work please follow the mentioned steps:
1. Uninstall all adobe product from your machine along with adobe air. Uninstall path:
Application/Utilities/Adobe Installer/
Removing all Adobe product after running the uninstaller please remove all Adobe folder manually. Adobe Folder locations are mentioned below:
1. Libray/Application Support/Adobe
2. User/User Name/Library/Application Support/Adobe
3. Library/Preferences/Adobe
4. User/User Name/Library/Preferences/Adobe
Download and Install AAM and try to download/Install and update the software.
