Creative Could will not install

When I try to install Adobe Acrobat, I get the error message 1002, Creative cloud failed to update. I have just purchased this program for basic PDF editing.  What is the problem?

Thank you for this information.  I have just been informed that I now have access through my employer, and do not need this product, as all I need is the Acrobat Reader to view and comment.   I would like to request cancellation of the subscription just purchased.
