Creative Could won't install.

I downloaded the CC app on my computer and it worked just fine but then an app was not downloading so I put the CC app in the trash and emptied the trash and now when I try to install it again it is not working. Help!

    I am having a similar issue. I'm not seeing my question I posted.  I got concerned when with the cleaner it told me to back up all adobe files or something like that. Is this a necessary step.
