Creative suit 5 error message "Invalid Serial number" after install

I am reaching out regarding an issue with reinstalling Adobe Creative Suite 5.

Previously, I had installed CS5 on my Windows 10 computer. However, due to system issues, I had to reinstall Windows without uninstalling CS5 beforehand. When I attempted to reinstall CS5 afterward, the installation failed and displayed an “Invalid Serial Number” error message.

I would like to ask if the license I purchased can still be used, even though CS5 is no longer supported. If so, could you please advise me on how to resolve this problem so that I can activate the software again?

Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your guidance.

From whom did you purchase CS5?

Are you entering a Redemption Code or a Serial Number? There is a difference between the two.  See below.

Redemption Code

Find your redemption code on an insert card inside the box. The redemption code is a 24-digit alphanumeric code.

Serial Number

Find your serial number on the disc sleeve or on the product box. The serial number is a 24-digit numeric code.

you entered the wrong number ot you're using the wrong installation file.

and yes, cs5 can still be installed and activated.

I'm sure that the serial number is correct and I install from CS5 CD.

there's a mismatch IF that error message is accurate.
