I have a copy of suite 5.5 that was purchased last year, i havent needed it until now, and now I am struggeling to install it. Either CD will not run an installer of any form or insight as to how to install. I am a little confused and feel a bit silly asking this.

If the disk does not autostart the installation, make sure it is the right version for the operating system of your machine.
As an alternative to the disk, you can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site or else the download will not work properly.
