I have been using Creative Suite 5.5 for years now. I have a physical version of the disks. I had to set up my machine new two times and did not know, that I have to deactivate bevore I set it up new. Now I am stuck becasue adobe said the license is already activated on two machines. What can I do?

>had to set up my machine new two times

I will GUESS what you mean is that you installed Windows & Programs and had a problem... so you formatted the drive and did the install of Windows & Programs again

If you did not explicitly DE-activate your program before formatting the drive and starting over that activation was not 'released' by the server to be used again

Every time you install and activate the server 'locks' one of your two allowed activations... when both activations are used up you may not activate again

if you no longer have access to either computer with an activation, you cannot easily use cs5.5 beyond the 30 day trial period.

I don't have access, because it's the same computer, . Is there really no
possibility?! After all, it's the same device .

it's not the same computer to adobe's installer, and there's no way to advance your position that it is the same computer.  ie, you can't argue with the installer.
