Creative Suite 5.5 Aktivierung überschritten

Hallo ich möchte nach Festplattendefekt meine Creative Suits neu instalieren und bekomme die fehlermeldung das die Aktivierungen überschritten sind kann aber auch keine Deaktivieren und jetzt?

you can't deactivate the computer that had the defective hard drive, but most licenses allow two activations.  so, there's another one somewhere.  if that one also is impossible to deactivate, then you cannot reactivate that license.
