Creative Suite 5.5 design premium - moving to new computer from a dead one

Hello,

My laptop recently died, I lost everything,  and I have since had to replace it. I was wondering how to deactivate my Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 design premium for the dead laptop so I can activate the new one? I already have CS5 on my desktop, so this is effectively like trying to move to a third computer, except the second computer cannot be accessed to deactivate (because it is dead).
