I'm a student in Turkey. I want to buy Creative Suite 6 Master Collection Student Edition. Because it's too cheap than normal CS6.

I have a credit card in Turkey and in USA. I want to but CS6 Master Collection Student Edition in this page:

I have 2 questions:

1 - It's "%80 off" written. But Student Edition is 999$ and normal CS6 Master Collection is 2599$. It isn't %80 discount or it is?

2 - Can I buy Student Edition with my student ID in Turkey? And with my credit card in Turkey? or not?
