Creative Suite 6 Design Standard (CD) - troubles with installing programmes

Hi All,

I believe you can help me:

after reinstalling CS6 on my computer (CD), I got an error saying (translation from Polish - screen attached)

Adobe+ID = installed succesfully, ready to use

Ps+Ai - unable to install some of the components for those applications.

At the end link to most common errors, however it does refer to an emply folder on my computer.

Has anyone ever had the same problem while installing CS6?

The problem is that both Ps and Ai cannot be opened.

Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 to assign FULL permissions may help... says Encore, but sometimes required for ALL Adobe programs (this is NOT the same as using an Administrator account)

This is a bunch of "CRAP"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased cs6 on May 19, 2015 and have yet to get it installed on my computer.  I had the company's IT consultant to try and install it and after 2 days it was showing that it was still installing. Since I have a designer outside of the agency doing my designs and I was busy doing other things I left it alone.  Now, I am free to work on it again and am learning that there is NO PHONE SUPPORT FOR CS6 AND THAT THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO FOR ME SINCE IT'S BEEN OVER A YEAR SINCE I PURCHASED IT ($1,299.). I JUST WANT THIS THING TO DOWNLOAD SO I CAN LEARN HOW TO USE IT!

SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!
