Creative Suite download area not available in my Adobe profile

Hello, the download area of my account is not available and can't download my products. Is this a temporary problem of the website, how and when could it be fixed?

Sorry to bother on the forum, No way to have a direct contact with adobe.

    Hi Alessandra,

    I have reviewed the Adobe ID (email address) you have utilized to post here and found that you have Adobe Creative Suite licenses registered on it, if you are looking for the same products under your account then follow the steps given here to know how to: Find downloaded apps and files.

    Note: Please check and confirm if you are signed in with the right Adobe ID on Adobe's website to locate your purchases.

    All the Creative Suite products and download links are given here: Adobe software and other downloads , you may use the following link to download your products as well.

    Thank you for your help I downloaded it from the second link.

    Anyway this is a screenshot of the error on my account, is it just a temporary bug?
