I tried downloading Creative Suite Master Collection CS6 Trial but it was unsuccessfull even though I recieved emails welcoming to this product's trial version. What can be done to be able to download and use this product? Thanks for all your help and Merry Christmas!

    Try the direct approach:

Direct Download Links for Adobe Software

Just be warned, though: Products that you already have trialled, wil not be magically extended and in fact they may refuse to run at all once the suite is installed, even if they may still have days left...

What do you mean by unsuccessful? Didi it download OK and won't install? Or did it not download completely?

    Which operating system and version?

The downloading assistant never finishes downloading the trial. I have downloaded other trials like premier pro and this problem never ocurred. The OS of my computer is Windows 7 64bit.
