I am unable to install my Creative Suite Production Premium with my serial number because it is installed on a PC that crashed. How do I deactivate that license?

Contact Adobe Support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations.

Your license allows for two activated installations, so if you only had the one you can still install and activate on another without the reset, though it is probably best to get the reset in case you want yet another installation to be activated.

For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat option...

if you're seeing an activation count error, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and request an activation count reset.

for any other error, attach a screenshot of the error, if it's in english.  otherwise, quote the error message.
