Credit Card info some how is being used by another adobe customer.
Does any one have a good phone number to actually talk with a person other than the technical side in the USA?
Can't see to get Adobe to cancel or stop other unauthourized user/account. They want me to deal with our cc company to cancel our card. I've had a case open for almost a month, back and fourth in an email. No person to email directly or call. This is fraud, maybe adobe got hacked? Our has not been used anyplace else. Maybe something happend that Adobe that linked the other person's account to our cc.
Maybe someone one at Adobe will look into this and fix. Give use back two months charges. I have the other person's email informaton and it's not my responsibility to contact them.
We do have a monthly subscription to services since the boxed product can't be purchased anymore.
