credit card payment problems

Hey 

I have been trying to purchase some Adobe products for a couple of weeks now.

And every time I punch in my card information this error appears:

We are unable to approve your transaction at this time.

There are a number of reasons for order failure, among them errors in the payment information, or billing address, or an inaccurate email address. If you have verified your information and are still unable to place your order, please contact Customer Service and order by phone. Call 800-585-0774.

    I'm having the same problem, and for several weeks I cannot add any new license to my account/team. I called Adobe Sales many times and waited 1h and almost 2h once and nobody helped me. My bank assured me that everything was fine with the card and I should contact Adobe to set up the 3d security correctly or something. Please contact me as soon as possible. Thank You.
