Criative Cloud needs reinstalation everytime I shutdown my PC

Everytime I shutdown my PC, when I turn it on again I receive a message saying that the Cretive Cloud needs to be repaired. Then it reinstals all agais and when it finishes it doesn't recognize the Indesign instalation, that have to reisntalled too.
