criative cloud setup erro p42

não consigo instalar o criative cloud, fica dando um erro codigo p42, ja tentei usar o AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool e nada

Are you on a Windows computer? If so, try the steps in this help document: Error code 42 or 72 when installing Adobe Creative Cloud.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, try the solutions here: "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app. I know you have already run the Cleaner Tool, but installing as an administrator may help.
