CS 2 & Windows 7 [Duplicate post]

My laptop has Windows 7 and I want to install my Photoshop CS 2. I have original disk and serial number, but with the Adobe Activation server off-line, I can not activate., How can I install my CS 2 into my Windows 7 laptop? Thank you.
