CS 3 deactivation is not possible, because Power Mac Hard Disk not working anymore, how can I deactivate?

My computer had to be replaced because hard disk failed. I bought a new MAC and tried to install Adobe Creative Suite 3. But installation proves to be impossible because the old installation has not been deactivated.

What can I do?
