Hi!

I'm trying to deactivate CS 5.5 on an win 7 pc.

There's a stable internet connection, but the software keeps telling me to connect to the internet to deactive.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Sign in to your Adobe account and deactivate from there.

You can also go here and only ask to have your activations reset:

"Sign in to your Adobe account and deactivate from there."

   @Peru Bob,

   That only works with Creative Cloud subscriptions.

CS5 is on life support.  It's discontinued & unsupported. Use at your own risk.   I'm not sure how much longer it will be viable particularly if the activation servers are not responding to de-activation requests.

MODERN OPTIONS:
Photoshop or Premier Elements 2020 (approx $100, no subscription needed)

Creative Cloud Photography Plan (approx $10/month for 1 year subscription)

Creative Cloud All Apps Plan (31 + apps & services)

Beware of fake Adobe reps who may contact you privately offering to sell you software or take control of your computer. It's a scam, run away!  Creative Suite is not sold legally by any vendor, retailer or country.

Thanks, Nancy.

So there's no longer a chance to deactivate/activate since the server is already down, did I get you right?
