My old computer died. I have CS2 which is perfectly fine for my uses. Adobe won't let me register online or by phone. Chat is now closed to me. Has anyone else had the problem of finally getting through to Adobe and have them take you to signing in and then not knowing where to go to get your new authorization code? My case number is 0211636205

    Are you aware that you must download a fresh non-activation copy of CS2 from Adobe since they shut down the CS2 activation server?

    You must also use the new serial number provided via that link. Don't try using your existing serial number, it won't work.
