cs2 help not functional

Just reinstalled Cs2 ver. 9 on my Win 7. Trying to activate help (or using F1) comes up with multiple errors.  First one is : "Adobe Help cannot start"  Then   "Model subsystem returned this error: 1034".  The reason I did the

reinstall was help not working, the icon for help would show up in the tray but had no functionality.  Any ideas?

CS2 + Acrobat 7 + Audition 3 (AND EARLIER) Activation Server is gone, so read below

You MUST use the special version and serial number on the page, not your original disc or serial number

http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/creative-suite-2-activation-end-life.html

NOTE that CS2 will not install at all on a "modern" Mac with an Intel CPU, and when you install the special version of PPro2 on a Win7 or Win8 or Win10 computer, you MAY need to right click the program icon and select WinXP compatibility from the option popup
