CS2 Install from .exe files from Adobe site

I just downloaded CS2 from the Adobe site.  I'm installing on a Windows 8 machine.  I started the install of CD1 and when it comes time to install Disc 2 I don't get an option to select the drive that I downloaded it to.  It only give me "ok" or "Cancel" options.  How do I install the 2nd CD?  Help would be appreciated.

that's pretty surprising considering cs2 is more than 7 years old and certainly was not created to be compatible with win 8.  the current creative suite version is 6.
