CS2 serial number missing

I purchased CS2 in 2004 for a work computer. It was purchased through the university, and installed on my computer. Over the years, I have been given new computers, and I have been able to install CS2 on the new computers as they are replaced. The IT person who had the liscence information is no longer here, however, and I am having trouble finding the serial number to run CS2 on my newest computer. I was able to install the software since I have the license, but I can't open the software without the serial number. Is there a way for me to find the serial number on my older device so that I can enter it on my new device?

CS2 + Acrobat 7 + Audition 3 (AND EARLIER) Activation Server is gone, so read below

    http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/creative-suite-2-activation-end-life.html

    .

You MUST use the special version and serial number on the page, not your original disc or serial number

    .

NOTE that CS2 will not install at all on a "modern" Mac with an Intel CPU

When you install the special version of CS2 on a Win7 or Win8 or Win10 computer, you MAY need to right click the program icon and select WinXP compatibility from the option popup
