CS3 registration process failed, and every time I open any application, the auto-update program fails due to lack of registration

Hi Everyone

I had a similar problem when I had to re-install my mac OS (Snow Leopard) on my macbook pro. My Adobe creative suite product is activated only, however the registration process failed. Then every time I open any application, the auto-update program fails to due to the lack of registration. How can I stop this or able to re-register the product. Note. My CS3 suite and premiere pro are registered in my account.

Any help is well appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Hi Jagbauti,

I have branched your question into a new discussion, since the thread you responded to was several months old.

Do I understand correctly that you registered your CS3 at sometime in the past, and it is now prompting you to register again after OS reinstallation? If this is the case, it is not necessary to re-register; registration is a one-time process. You may be able to remove the registration prompt by following the steps in this help document: Blank registration screen in Adobe Creative Suite 3 products. You can then try applying your updates.

If you continue to experience an issue, post a reply to this discussion with any specific error messages you are receiving. Please also let us know if you have an individual license for CS3 or a volume license as was the case in for the customer in the previous discussion.

    Best,
