CS3 Reinstallation on New Computer - Cannot Get Download

Last year my CS3 stopped working, which was when I found out I had to uninstall the old program and download a new version and was given a new serial #.  I had done that, but my computer crashed last week and I purchased a new computer.  When I go to the "Obtain a new serial number" to try to get to the downlaond link (like I had done on the old computer) it tells me that my serial # (wether I enter the old or the new number given) is not valid.

 

Any help on how I can get to the installer download would be greatly appreciated.  I totally understand this is product is no longer supported, which I am ok with...I just want to be able to use the product I had but am currently unable to.

It's vital to keep all your downloaded installers in a safe place. There is no guarantee you can get them again, even for new software. (Safe place means not just on your computer...)

    You'll need to contact Adobe Customer Care

    Also CS3 may not work on modern operating systems, although people have it working on Windows 10 it will definitely not work on MacOS Catalina
