CS3 Serial number

Hi,

I purchased CS3 in 2007 and now want to upgrade to CC but I don't have the copy of CS3 anymore & have just installed a new harddrive.

How do I go about getting my serial number?

As I've said, I don't have the box or have the software installed currently.

I have proof of purchase in the form of an invoice but that's it.

I was speaking to someone via chat at Adobe who said you may be able to supply a universal serial number in order for me to get the CS3 discount when signing up to Creative Cloud.

No it doesn't, I can't have registered it.

As mentioned I no longer have the box with serial either.

I have an invoice with the proof of purchase though.

I have checked your account details and I don't see any serial number registered to it.

You can follow the link as provided by Pattie as there is no other option to retrieve the serial number other than this.
