Will I still be able to use all my actions from cs3 in cs6?

    Action compatibility will depend on what is involved. Going up 3 versions you should simply assume that some of them break because stuff has been moved to different menus and panels or has been renamed. And yeah, as John said, you're out of the uzpgrade pricing and will have to buy a compoletely new license/ go Creative Cloud.
