some year ago i bought CS3, now upgrading pc to WINDOWS 7 it doesn't work, any chance to download an upgrade?

    For the most part, there is no upgrade available for CS3.  Somewhere not too long ago Adobe changed the upgrade policies such that CS3 (even CS4) is no longer in the upgrade path.  You can download newer versions, but they are not likely to be as upgrades to CS3.
