CS3 Upgrade Check

Hi. I have an old imac that is running OS x 10.5.8 and becasue of this, my CS2 has stopped working. I have now purchased an upgrade CS3 and after installation, I am being asked for the previous CS2 serial number which I can't find / access

Can anyone help me please

    https://accounts.adobe.com/ then click Plans & Products at the top

    Does your serial number show on your account page?

    Without a CS2 serial number, I think you are out of luck with CS3... it is simply too old for Adobe to provide support, and nobody in an open forum can help with activation

    Since writing the post, I have managed to find a serial number. Although I cant open up CS2 indesign, I can initially open photoshop and get the serial number but when i input that number into the the upgrade check, it doesn't work !!
