I am trying to install Creative Suite 3 this is an upgrade from CS2 premium. On installing CS3 I enter my serial No. it then asks for qualifying product serial No.

I enter the number for CS2  a green tick appears. It then asks for a serial number for CS2.3 I don't have one. Is there a solution?

The serial numbers are accurate and they are accepted However I am asked for a serial number for an upgrade I never had i.e. Creative suite 2.3.

Grahamb74129063 the only serial number I am seeing registered under your account is for Photoshop CS2 for Mac. Please contact our support team directly at Contact Customer Care so that your Creative Suite 3 serial number can be reviewed and registered if needed.

Do the serial numbers have to be registered?

Didn't have an account until I bought Photoshop CS 6 this was registered when purchased and I have had updates I have looked but does not appear in my list of registered Programs.

Grahamb74129063 I would recommend you utilize your registered serial numbers.  This will help verify the serial numbers you are entering are accurate.
