CS4 Activation on New Computer

I have CS4 but it has reached the maximum downloads. I do not have the old computers to deactivate it. I have tried calling and chatting and they both say they no longer support CS4 and I have to go through forums.

I have read many forums here where they point you to chat or call and let you know that those in the forum do not have access to licensing.

Please let me know how I can get someone to help be deactivate my old computers.

Contact Support thru chat and ONLY ask them to reset your activations.  If you stray from that single request they are likely to repeat what you have already encountered.

For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat option...

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.

Serial number and activation chat support (non-CC)

If this happens to involve a volume license then neither they nor anyone here can help except to point you towards volume licensing help...
