CS4 Design Premium Offline Activation?

I purchased CS4 Design Premium. My computer (that I would like to re-install the Windows 10 and CS4 Design Premium on) does not have internet access. Could I use offline activation for that? Thanks.

Probably not

The CS2-CS3-CS4 activation servers have been removed from service

Fortunately, clean and legal installs of CS4 on a new computer should still work.

But as pointed out above, CS1, CS2, and CS3 cannot be [re]activated under any circumstance.
