CS4 from win to mac?

I have CS4 Design Standard win version and now I have a new Macbook. What I must do next to change my win version to mac version?

    There is nothing you can do to exchange your Windows version for a Mac version.  Platform swaps are only supported for the most current release version, which is CS6.  Here is a link to a page that explains the policy.
