cs4 install

I am installing cs4 on to my new macbook pro. I am worried that I have used up all my licenceing as it's being stopped at the initializing state of load. There is no pop up but it simply stops loading. Does anyone have any suggetsions to what might cause this? I also tried thi son my desktop and there was no problems? I have loaded this program on to two computers sinse owning it from store.
