CS4 production Premium - serial number rejected

Hi

I have a volume licence for CS4 production Premium which I am installing on a 32 Win 7 system. I downloaded the software and all went well until I put in the serial number...which was rejected. I got nowhere with support who directed me to “the forums”. I have been told that the serial number   / serial key is for volume license. Can anyone help?

    Please make sure that you are using the installer downloaded from Adobe Licensing Website only, here is the link with information about it: Adobe Licensing Website | Serial numbers, orders, and accounts​.

    Please check system requirements of CS4 using this link before installing it: System requirements | Adobe Creative Suite 4, Point Products

    In order to troubleshoot the issue with serial number, please check: Error: "The serial number is not valid for this product" | Adobe Creative Suite
