cs4 upgrade to cs6

I was very disappointed to read that CS4 owners can no longer upgrade to CS6.  When we register for the product we enter our email addresses, so why weren't we notified in advance?

Please confirm if there are any "loop-holes" to still allow an upgrade, or if you are just turning your backs all together on loyal customers?

I will pay immediately if approved, but if not I would like to make note that this would be very disspointing that you do not value return customers.

Thanks,

Raimey

This forum is for posting about downloading, installing, and setting up Adobe software.  These are user to user forums, you are not doing much more than sharing your feelings within a peer group... a group of many who share your sentiments.

You can always try contacting Adobe Customer Support to see if they will make an exception in your case.

This topic has occupied large parts of the Internet in 2011 and then again in 2012 after Adobe already extended the grace period after lots of bad word of mouth from users. It was hard to not stumbel across it on any place that even remotely has to do with Adobe software. You had plenty of advance warning, if you consider this... In any case, this is not something anyone here can fix. As Mr. Murphy said, you will have to contact support directly.
