CS4 user w/new MBP

Hi. So I recently bought a new MBP and migrated my hard drive from my old MBP (2010) which had CS4 loaded on it. Only I can't use any of the CS4 software due to a 150:30 error. As a writer who works with designers, I don't need to update the software, only to use Photoshop and sometimes Illustrator. And b/c I paid so much for CS4 back in the day, I really don't want to have to pay to use the updated versions of these softwares. Suggestions?
